Wellness Reimbursement
ClearShare will reimburse select wellness expenses up to $50 per month for individuals and $75 per month for members with more than one person on the plan. Wellness expenses include: gym or fitness memberships or equipment, recovery studios, weight loss memberships (excluding medications and meal services), and nutrition classes (excluding foods, vitamins, supplements).
